The quiet one. Black leather-look upper on a pointed last, mid shaft, a zip on the inside quarter and a low stacked heel — no harness, no ring, nothing to catch the eye except the shape. Cut for the bootcuts: narrow enough at the ankle that the jean falls straight over it.

The upper
A microfibre upper rather than leather. It creases less than leather, keeps its shine without waxing and shrugs off rain. It will not develop a patina the way leather does — if that is what you are after, look at the Flint.
The sole is cemented, not welted. That keeps the boot light and keeps the price where it is. It is not a boot you resole.
Fit & sizing
True to EU size, with a narrow toe box — if your foot is wide, take the next size up. Between sizes, take the larger: the zip gives no room to adjust. The shaft is cut close so the jean sits over it cleanly instead of bunching.
