What are the delivery times?
Processing time is 1–5 business days. Shipping time is 7–10 business days, tracked. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Free worldwide shipping on orders over €75. Below €75, shipping is €6.95. All costs are included in the price — VAT paid, nothing to pay on delivery, in every country we ship to.
Are there any extra costs?
No. All costs are included in the price — VAT paid, nothing to pay on delivery, in every country we ship to. Should a carrier ever ask you to pay anything on delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it in full.
Where do you ship?
The Netherlands, all EU member states, and the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If it hasn't arrived within an hour of your order confirmation, check your spam folder before writing to us — that is usually where it is.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay securely by iDEAL, card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Payments are handled by Shopify's PCI DSS-certified checkout; we never see or store your card details.
Sizing & fit
How do I know which size to take?
Most denim product pages carry a full measurement table in centimetres: waist, front rise, inseam and leg opening for each size. Measurements are taken flat on the garment, so waist is the full circumference and leg opening is the full width of the hem. Allow 1–2 cm of variation between pairs. Boots and loafers are listed in EU sizes; where a pair has no table yet, write to us and we will measure it for you before you order.
The short version for most of the range: take your usual size, and take the next one up if you want the seat relaxed. Each product page tells you where that particular pair sits.
What if it doesn't fit?
Send it back within 14 days and we'll refund it, or exchange it for another size — tell us which size you want and we'll hold it for you.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after delivery to cancel or return your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached.
How do I return something?
Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the parcel reaches us.
Can I cancel an order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — contact us as quickly as you can and we'll stop it. Once it's with the carrier, treat it as a return.
The denim
How should I wash my jeans?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Wash as little as you can get away with — the fades are the point, and every wash costs you some of them.
Will they fade?
The high-cotton pairs will, and that is deliberate. Cotton-rich denim fades rather than greys: the seat, the knee and the edge of the pocket bag lighten with wear and stay that way. Where the composition has been confirmed it is listed on the product page, so you can see what you are buying before you commit to it. If it is not there yet, ask us and we will confirm it with the maker before you order.
